Can anyone assist me in trying to figure out how to display the Log Out button (looks like a small circle with an 'X' in the middle)?

I'm not having any luck trying to find out how I did it before, but I know I did and I would like to add it to another GW account UI.

I tried opening both accounts on two separate computers side-by-side and comparing the Options, but they're both identical in every way.

If you mean to have the Circled X appear on your playing screen, then just open your Menu and drag it to the screen, then reposition.
